AI Adoption Intern

Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm specialised in AI transformation: we help companies understand and adopt artificial intelligence. We are an AI-first company, made of humans and AI agents working together, born with the arrival of LLMs and fully bootstrapped: we sustain ourselves and we decide what to build.

The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).

This is one of the highest-impact roles in the AI transformation of Italian companies. You work alongside the AI Adoption Specialists, on the teams’ real cases, and help turn training into actual adoption.

• Understand the client and design with the team: You analyse the client’s business, processes and AI maturity and help turn that into agendas, exercises, use cases and tailored materials.
• Bring AI into the room: You support the AI Adoption Specialists during hands-on classes, leadership sessions and working labs, and quickly start running modules and activities yourself.
• Build content that lasts: You prepare exercises, tutorials, micro-modules and materials that help people keep using AI after the training ends.
• Explore, and bring in what works: You try new models, tools and use cases, gather insight from client sessions and turn what you learn into new content and training activities.

• In the first month: you shadow an AI Adoption Specialist at clients and run your first module, taking on more of the preparation and delivery as you go.
• After 4-6 months: you can move to a full-time role, based on delivery quality, the autonomy you reach and the impact you generate for clients.
• Every week: you test new models, tools and use cases and share with the team what can have real impact on clients.

We work mainly in person, from our office in Corvetto, Milan. We are an early-stage company with big ambitions and we believe that being together, day after day, is essential to build energy, alignment and results. That said, we operate with flexibility and common sense: remote work is possible when it is needed.

LLMs arrived three years ago and created a new market. The window is wide and it is open now; to stay ahead of it you have to work better and harder than the others. Anyone looking for a predictable pace will not be happy here.
