AI Adoption Specialist

Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm specialised in AI transformation: we help companies understand and adopt artificial intelligence. We are an AI-first company, made of humans and AI agents working together, born with the arrival of LLMs and fully bootstrapped: we sustain ourselves and we decide what to build.

The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).

You are the one who turns AI from something people talk about into something they actually use every day: you go into companies, work on their processes and make their teams autonomous with GenAI.

• Design tailored training paths: You start from the client’s context: business, processes, AI maturity, the tools they use and their goals. From there you build the agenda, the exercises, the materials, the assessment and the follow-up.
• Bring AI into everyday work: You run live sessions, leadership sessions and working labs with different functions, from Sales to HR, Finance and Operations, working on real cases and building flows, prompts, use cases and routines directly with the teams.
• Create content that scales adoption: You produce lessons, micro-modules, tutorials and asynchronous materials that let the client keep learning and spread the use of AI beyond the sessions in the room.
• Be Yellow Tech’s antenna on AI: You follow emerging tools, applications and use cases and gather insight directly from clients. You turn what you learn in the field into new content, new training approaches and information the Strategists can use.

• In the first month: you shadow a senior Trainer at clients and run your first module in the room. From there you quickly get to running complete sessions on your own, from kickoff to follow-up: hands-on classes, leadership sessions and working labs.
• After 9 months: you can move up, on results and on quantitative, transparent performance criteria.
• Every week: you test new models, tools and use cases and share with the team what can have real impact on clients.

• A front-row seat on AI: You work every day with the most advanced tools. The training we bring to clients is part of your own path too: mentorship, peer learning and hands-on sessions to stay up to date on AI.

We work mainly in person, from our office in Corvetto, Milan. We are an early-stage company with big ambitions and we believe that being together, day after day, is essential to build energy, alignment and results. That said, we operate with flexibility and common sense: remote work is possible when it is needed.

LLMs arrived three years ago and created a new market. The window is wide and it is open now; to stay ahead of it you have to work better and harder than the others. Anyone looking for a predictable pace will not be happy here.
